Netchex
On January 1, 2019, EPS made the switch to Netchex.
Netchex is not only payroll software, but also offers support with Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Reporting and Year-End Data. Currently, we are processing payroll completely through Netchex. We are working on getting more components implemented to fully use the software to its potential.
Each employee has a self-service account, where they can view pay stubs, tax withholding elections and insurance deductions. At the end of 2019, W2’s will also be available.
On each person’s Home Page, under Company Information, there is a link that takes employees to training videos. These videos will show employees how to navigate around their Self Service account.
