Cooks & Galley Hands

EPS Cooks & Galley Hands work with boat crew to insure the proper ordering of groceries for the boat and crew to provide three freshly prepared meals per day and inspection of all groceries to assure proper meal preparation and to insure that everything is fresh and ready for consumption. They assist and/or develop the planning of menus for the crew onboard and work with boat crew and/or shore based personnel to insure the safe loading/unloading of groceries. Cooks and Galley Hands also participate in Safety Meetings, JSA Meetings, and Behavior Based Safety Programs and adhere to EPS Cargo Handlers Safe Operation procedures.
